“Sessere eeye” is from Moa Island in the Torres Strait Islands between the northern most tip of Australia (Cape York Peninsula) and Papua New Guinea. The song is about the wind and the effects of the wind blowing on the mountains. Australian indigenous music performer and teacher Matthew Doyle taught this version to the Sydney Children’s Choir.
