Simple beauty with long and lovely phrases make this excellent for teaching vocal line and breath support. The key of g minor with descending thirds challenge the choir to sing with fine intonation. This piece contains unison male and female lines with some beautiful textures. A tasteful flute part enhances the gentle beauty of this folk song.
